Lift up your head oh ye gates and be ye lifted up ye everlasting doors and the king of glory shall come in! Who is this king of glory? The Lord God strong and mighty - the Lord God mighty in battle!”
Looking at this scripture I’ll ask a simple question- does this mean to get up from a bed and into an upright posture or position? Possibly! Mainly I believe it means to lift up our eyes our minds and our words from the way we see it and allow it to be transformed into the way Father see it! Only with this can another person gain help and receive deliverance and breakthrough from us - The Ambassadors of the Almighty! You ever heard any one - maybe a dentist- speaking of teeth they may call them Pearly whites! While this is a common name for teeth the term is knocking on the doors of eternal and is straightway connected to the pearly gates!
(Lord give us a word instant in season)
“I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; [2] Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.”
2 Timothy 4 1&2
For most to preach it requires words! All words come through the mouth Through those pearly whites that are connected to the pearly gates! We can say words to lift a person from a dead situation and offer them life in the kingdom- or dreadfully we can make them feel hopeless and helpless Where they never feel like heaven would receive a one such as them. Teeth are for more than just smiling- Are they connected to the gate? If so - which gate? The verse ahead speaks of seasons! It tells us to be “instant” in season and out of season! Out of season???? How can we be instant “ out of season?” It means Know when I am done with a matter. You ever hear a person on the street talking about an event as though it was current? About 20 years ago the twin towers fell down. It’s kind of uncommon to hear a person speaking of it like it has just happened! Those around are looking as to figure out has this happen again or are you stuck in an event that has passed or is dead. The wise man Solomon said:
“To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; a time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; a time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; a time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.”
One of the main importance of the Holy Spirit is to keep us abreast to the seasons and times! Hints: No man knows the day or time when the Son Of Man Shall appear- Through missing such simple things as seasons and times a detrimental thing happens! We begin to loose salt! A salt is a preservative which is what we are to do through these pearly whites~ Speak God’s word and allow it to preserve others! It not only preserves them on this side but it brings them right into the kingdom of Heaven! NOW THAT’S A PRESERVATIVE!!! This may Sound cliché but all glory be to Father God— There has been much talk of season in these verses so let’s break it on down! At the end of the day, it does not matter how the meal looks, what everyone will go home talking about is how did it taste. A well known secret is this, “That that which is unseen is what matters the most” hints Father God in our lives! Season is not seen in the food but it is very very much expected by those taking part. Solomon said to EVERYTHING there is a “season”
All of these things below help season stuff! Do we have the fruit of the Spirit? Some eat salt with grapefruit or salt with apples and so forth… both flavors together gives the same effect but somehow maybe it just taste better that way! Ever had just plain salt before???👀 it’s very good at preserving dead meat 🥩 But Ambassadors Of Christ can’t help but mix who they personally are with the food. It’s of HIGH IMPORTANCE to have an upright spirit!
To all things there is a season and a time
Thyme is one the herbs planted in the beginning and is highly useful.
“Thyme is an herb. The flowers, leaves, and oil are used as medicine. Thyme is sometimes used in combination with other herbs. Thyme is used for swelling (inflammation) of the main airways in the lung (bronchitis), cough, patchy hair loss (alopecia areata), stomach problems, and many other conditions.”
Wow! Can we see why it is so important to be instant with the Holy Spirit? In the middle of a work He may say, “ We’re doing a new thing!”
Everyone is not capable of the “ instant.”
When I was growing up, it took mom more than 5 minutes to prepare grits in the morning! I must say I have adopted the old way and prefer to cook grits vs microwaving for five minutes! On the contrary look at what Father says…
“For he will finish the work, and cut it short in righteousness: because a short work will the Lord make upon the earth.”
Romans 9:28
A quick work- In this time we must be instant in season {let’s run with it}- out of season- {let it go.}
It is a trick of the enemy to try and throw our seasonings off! For seasoning to be thrown off is for us not to be in the fire where gold is made perfect. To not be in the fire mean a very determinative factor which is we become luke warm. Not the right temp and not the right spice which only leaves one thing… to be spewed out of the mouth of God. Many will perish while having the testimony
“Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?”

David is speaking of you and I! Those of us that have and are elevating our mindsets, knowing the season and being instant in and out, becoming the refined gold that can’t be burned in fire but we’re able to keep that hott like fire temperature and also the elevation of our speech. To have all of the right seasoning it starts with the fear of the Lord and with Love! Only with the moving of the Holy Spirit Will we qualify for the latter day move which is upon us even now🙏 In Jesus Mighty Name we pray- Amen
